Our Mixologists work hard to create exciting drinks and ensure our guests experience something special. Learning over 50 of our signature cocktails along with all the classics, our Mixologists have great attention to detail and are passionate about giving amazing customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The Bar Back role is crucial to the functioning of our bar during its busiest periods. Bar Backs assist our Mixologists by ensuring that glassware, ice and stock levels are maintained so that the bar runs smoothly. We also train our Bar Backs to take orders, pour basic drinks as well as serving our drinks to guests. The Bar Back role is a part-time position, primarily on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Our Management lead and inspire the team to ensure our guests always have an amazing experience with us. Responsible for all day to day operations, our managers are driven by a desire to keep growing and have a real passion for developing our team.
