Do you have to book to visit The LiquorLab?

Most of our tables are left available on a walk-in basis for smaller groups so there’s no need to book ahead! However, if you’re visiting with a group of 6 or more please fill out our booking request form or call us directly on 01952 872600 to enquire about availability.

Will I need ID?

We operate a Challenge 25 policy so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will need to bring a valid form of identification with you.

Only the following will be accepted:

✔ International passport

✔ UK or European Union photo-card driving licence (full or provisional)

✔ Proof of age card with ‘PASS’ accredited hologram

We do not accept photos or photocopies of any form of identification.

Can I pay using cash?

We only accept card or mobile payments to enhance efficiency and improve our customer experience.

What happens if I’m running late for a booking?

If you’re running later than 10 minutes, please call to let us know and we will do our best to keep the table for you. We cannot guarantee being able to extend your booking duration. Please note that we do not monitor our emails or social messages during service.

Are children allowed?

We welcome all ages until 6pm every day, after this time guests must be over 18.

What is the dress code for The LiquorLab?

We like to celebrate all styles but have a smart-casual dress code and kindly request that no sportswear is worn when visiting.

Do you allow dogs?

We only allow guide dogs and assistance dogs inside. Well-behaved dogs are allowed in our outdoor seating area until 6pm.

Do you have a happy hour?

Yes! Our happy hour runs 5-7pm weekdays on selected cocktails in our menu.

Do you serve food?

We serve a range of nibbles to accompany our drinks which are perfect if you’re starting to get a little peckish. If you’re looking for something more substantial they mix & match well too!

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes! Please head to our gifting page to purchase online or alternatively you can pop in and see us at the bar for physical gift cards.

Is The LiquorLab available for private hire?

We are able to accommodate private hire for corporate events, birthdays, baby showers and other special occasions at selected times. To enquire about availability, please fill out our contact form or email us at info@theliquorlab.co.uk.

Is there parking available?

We have plenty of parking nearby! There is a multi-storey car park located less than a 1 minute walk away or alternatively Brown Elm car park is less than a 2 minute walk. Telford Central train station is also a 10-15 minute walk away and our team are always happy to help arrange a taxi when requested.

Do you have accessible toilets?

The LiquorLab is fully accessible, and has a dedicated accessible bathroom facility for our guests to use.
